Our business model.
We get paid when you get paid and with no hidden fees
Property purchase
Our fee equals 3% of the property purchase price.
Some fees i.e. legal, notary, etc. are billed separately.
Property renovation
Our fee is paid only after the first lease of the property and equals the sum of 5 months’ rent.
Property management
Our fee equals 10% of the monthly profit.
Property sell
Our fee equals 3% of the property sale price.
