Office on A. Gorskoy St.

The office is located in a regular real estate building in Kyiv downtown.

The renovation is done in the Loft style. In the design, we used rusty metal, natural stone, plants and natural wood.

Target audience – IT companies, creative agencies and agricultural companies.

Project execution period – 3 months

This office is situated on the ground floor. In normal times it would lower the demand, but we finished it just after the war started. And lower floor became a good benefit.

After the war started rent prices in Kyiv went down much. There were a lot of vacant offices for 7-10$ psm. But we managed to sign the contract for more then 12$ psm.

This office was rented by an IT company for a long-term lease during the war period, 2 weeks after we completed the renovation. 

The net payback for the investor is 10 years.

At the moment this property is managed by the E&A Partners team, which ensures absolutely passive income for the investor.
